Model ATG-7 is the latest version of the automated Tag Closed Cup() flash point tester from Tanaka. When this seventh generation model was designed after 35 years of delivering the automated flash point testers to the petroleum industry, ease of operation and maintenance was sought.

ATG-7自動(dòng)閉口閃點(diǎn)試驗(yàn)儀嚴(yán)格按照泰克閉口杯（TCC）測(cè)試石油產(chǎn)品的開口閃點(diǎn)。儀器是“日本田中科學(xué)機(jī)器制作株式會(huì)社”第7代的自動(dòng)閃點(diǎn)測(cè)試儀器，集“田中科學(xué)”35年自動(dòng)閃點(diǎn)測(cè)試儀的制造經(jīng)驗(yàn)和當(dāng)今新測(cè)試技術(shù)于一身。操作簡(jiǎn)單，功能完善，易于維護(hù)。

SINGLE ACTION SETTING: Cup cover assembly is mounted on a swing-arm assembly. This allows for easy handling of the test cup cover. It makes free from handling the hot cup cover after completing a test. 儀器擺動(dòng)式測(cè)試臂簡(jiǎn)單實(shí)用，一體式的樣品杯蓋加滑動(dòng)點(diǎn)火頭設(shè)計(jì)。樣品杯更換，拆卸清洗都非常方便。

EASY OPERATION: select a test mode and enter the expected flash point. While the instrument executes the test, you are free to do other lab work. The instrument follows the exact procedures prescribed in the test method, and the completion of the test is signaled by beeps. The test result is brightly shown on the VFD module. 測(cè)試閃點(diǎn)只需預(yù)設(shè)閃點(diǎn)溫度，和對(duì)應(yīng)的測(cè)試模式，儀器就嚴(yán)格按照試驗(yàn)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)自動(dòng)進(jìn)行測(cè)試，無需人為干預(yù)。全微機(jī)控制，升溫和測(cè)試過程精確可靠，全數(shù)字顯示閃點(diǎn)溫度和點(diǎn)火次數(shù)。試驗(yàn)結(jié)束，訊響提示，并自動(dòng)風(fēng)冷。一人可同時(shí)操作多臺(tái)儀器，有效的提高了人員效率。

INTERCHANGEABLE IGNITION SOURCE: ATG-7 is equipped with both gas and electric igniter as the ignition source. Only a few minutes does it take to switch from gas to electric  or vice versa. . ATG-7提供了燃?xì)恻c(diǎn)火和電子點(diǎn)火2種點(diǎn)火測(cè)試方式，更換非常簡(jiǎn)單，適用于多種不同場(chǎng)合的需求。

DRAFT PROTECTION SHIELD COVER: A tinted acrylic cover not only insures the flame integrity but reduces the glare from the electric igniter. 有色樹脂防風(fēng)罩，不僅確保了火焰的完整，而且降低了電點(diǎn)火線圈的眩光。

DATA HANDLING: The unit is equipped to store up to 50 successive test results and export to an optional printer or to a LIMS through an RS232 port.

儀器可記錄后50 次的試驗(yàn)數(shù)據(jù)，內(nèi)置電池，即使關(guān)機(jī)數(shù)據(jù)也不會(huì)丟失。還可以通過RS-232外接打印機(jī)輸出，或同實(shí)驗(yàn)室信息管理系統(tǒng)（LIMS）通訊，便于集中控制管理。

MODULAR DESIGN: The tester consists of a computer control unit and a test head unit, allowing remotely placing the test head unit up to 3 meters away. An optional Changeover unit can be purchased to attach the control unit to another type of flash point test head unit (APM-7 or ACO-7). The control unit is designed to control any type of the three different flash point test head unit, but one at a time. 儀器可分為控制部和測(cè)試部?jī)蓚€(gè)部分，控制部和測(cè)試部既能上下放置（減少設(shè)置面積）又能左右并排，兩者遠(yuǎn)可通過3m長(zhǎng)的電纜相連。全系列閃點(diǎn)測(cè)試儀器的控制部分可以通用，并可自動(dòng)識(shí)別所連接的測(cè)試部，。配上CHG-7型切換器(選購(gòu)件)，1臺(tái)控制部可切換控制二臺(tái)測(cè)試部（APM-7型或ACO-7型）。

(a) EFP+10 ℃ or at 95 ℃ is reached,
